Has anyone made contact with management at @EveryoneActive HQ? Website gives no regional-tier contact details and feedback via app is forwarded to local team. If no resolve or escalation action there, how do those further up the chain know what’s going on?
3 weeks to go until I run the London Marathon for a charity that provides children with disabilities access to sports.
Sharing again on the off chance anyone can spare a couple of £'s for the cause!

Got through my training for the @LondonMarathon today by listening to @thehistoryguy @HistoryHit 60 minutes of running/jogging has nearly killed me but a great podcast made it easier!

@KiaAbdullah@HarperCollinsUK@Waterstones Bought it in the Lowestoft branch on Tuesday, finished it last night – as good as I was assured it would be! Am already hooked by the intro at the back to another of your books, but I must admit to already being terrified by what I think comes next...
@pambizbuster This is good to know... I've just planted a couple in the hope that they'll spread and 'soften' the look of a very ugly concrete path at my new mid-terraced home. They're so pretty!
@EastSuffolk@ThinkLowestoft Hired one over winter – a wonderful way to meet people as we'd just moved to the area. Would have liked to hire it for longer but cost prohibitive; any plans to offer a loyalty/residents discount?
@sleeepysandy I was warned not to be alone in the darkroom with a certain photographer (yes, this was in pre-digital days!) when I joined the local newspaper as an indentured journalist.
I was 16.
Writing (or trying to) about gardens in all their August glory as drum & bass echoes through the house; plasterers and sparkies here today!

How many other freelancers got up to work early so they could then 'have' a Bank Holiday with the family? I was writing at 5am... now wondering how soon I can sneak off to bed.
@judycogan@agnesbic Totally agree... I love the ability to 'move through' friendships, enhancing one another's lives and then leaving, with no harm to either party - just precious memories of moments in time. Work, location or relationship-related, I've enjoyed lots of this type of friendships.
