I do have proof of purchases and the year they were made. I've spent well over 140$ USD on the game and the lack of customer service is frustrating. The fact I have to put a tweet out to get a response in itself is a joke considering the autobot denied my request.

@EpicGames my accounts been hacked and I can't even get it back. There's no way I can contact because the person changed the email I was a paying customer for years. On the game i've not played in a good 3 months.

For a company as big as yours for the lack of security is very concerning if I had my credit card on file this would be such a bigger problem than it is. I tried submitting a request and it was denied due to the person changing my email. I look forward to hearing your response.
