EDUCATORS! Whether you are teaching virtually or in-person, some healthy habits during the year:

1) Get enough sleep, 7-8 hrs

2) Exercise

3) Drink lots of water

4) Limit food with processed sugar

5) Meditate

6) Make time for yourself

7) Be kind to others

8) Laugh often
