Congratulations to the Class of 2022!♥️🖤 I am so proud of you for all you accomplished this year and I can’t wait to hear about all your accomplishments in the future. It was an honor to be your Teacher of the Year🥰 You will be sorely missed!🥺
Each year, I take my seniors outside to play kickball on their last day of class. Each year, I think I can’t possibly love a class as much as I did the previous one.
Each year, I am wrong.♥️🖤
Another day of impressive sights: first up, the Luxembourg American Cemetery and Memorial, where General Patton is buried, followed by Cologne Cathedral, the tallest cathedral in Europe! (I have truly never felt shorter in my life, and that is saying something.)
Today was a very moving day in Bastogne, lead by our local guide, Henri, who was 9 years old during the Battle of the Bulge! We got to hear his stories while we visited the Mardasson Memorial and Easy Company’s fox holes in Bois Jacques, overlooking the town of Foy.
