It’s the Age Without Limits Action Day from @agewithoutlimit

There are many campaign resources but we particularly like the 'Challenging ageism through everyday conversations' advice.

Ageism is ingrained in society and the campaign advocates for having conversations to question why ageing or older people are talked about in a certain way.

Take a look – there are phrases we can all fall into the habit of using and there are also hints as to how you can respond if someone refers to you in an ageist manner.
