@michael_merrick Realise this is not quite on the point of what is expected of primary teachers etc, but still something I have noticed. Zero tolerance behaviour policies used in some secondaries Vs restorative - think this influences perception of primary behaviour, too.
@michael_merrick In my (limited) exp, primaries I've been in have used more restorative approaches than secondaries. I've seen and had success w restorative approaches to behaviour in secondary, but needs to be school-wide to be effective. Often seen as requiring more resources to be successful.
Gorgeous short story; I've been dipping into lots of past fiction from @UncannyMagazine - short stories are perfect for a relaxed Christmas-New Year period, and there are some real diamonds here.
Excited to share my first by-line! An interview with a local philanthropic entrepreneur, Gig, who has been working alongside national and international artists on a CIC to support local musical talent. https://t.co/6XvEtv7tew @GoldenLionTod
@tes@BorisJohnson If a student suggested that Lady Macbeth has more power than Macbeth "for all manner of reasons", I would not consider that adequate. How is this acceptable?
