@msblackteach I recommend young professionals buy their first home w/ a portion of their student loan, or benefit from first time home buyer programs while still in school BEFORE income jumps. I made literally about $52 above the max salary to benefit from programs in my area after grad school
@msblackteach Definitely look into the home buying programs in your area! If u are a first time buyer, there are many options. After that, u save a portion of that property when you sell and prepare to buy a new house with a portion of the earns for the new down payment.
@msblackteach Depending on location 20% can be low. However most residential purchases don't actually require 20%. FHA loans ask for 3%, first time home buyer programs sometimes, no downpayment required at all. some people also save a portion of their student loan
