For all of my WordWall quizzes I add to them as I teach a chapter, character, context, symbolism etc.

If your partner or spouse is a teacher they probably answer 2,000+ questions every school day.
So try to avoid asking them questions the minute they get home, especially questions like, “So what’s for dinner?”
@STU59591172@PastoralLeaders Thanks, I’ve been doing the above and it worked well. Definitely right about the “slog” part - I didn’t really see the outcomes fully until term 2. Just need to “reset” them once they are back after being away from school routines.
This is my 93 year old father in law. Until recently was able to maintain independence on his trike. Last week the custom trike was stolen from his garage in #Wellingborough#Northamptonshire Please retweet, we'd like to get it back. Thank you 👍
@CharlotteTwinkl @amymayforrester That is true. I write everything down, I’d be lost without my lists! Just got to remember I am finding my way and that’s okay. C
New HOY and anxiety is kicking me in the 🍑- open to any advice!
Managed my anxiety well for a number of years but it’s taking a real kicking now. @amymayforrester
@MissDrPhysics@amymayforrester You’re absolutely right about having people around. Thankfully I do at school, I just need to open up more without seeing it as a “weakness”
@STU59591172@amymayforrester I am exactly the same with emails to myself! I think it’s just a case of finding my feet and working out how to manage how different it is to teaching. X
@DL_TeachPE@amymayforrester I think I’m trying to find my feet and I’m quite a stickler for routine which isn’t going to happen being in pastoral. I definitely wasn’t prepared for the interaction with parents that’s for sure.
