This is what @DoorDash calls customer service? Was literally told by an employee "don't worry if the food arrives cold". Which after 2 1/2 hours it did. Their compensation? $5 in credits. On an almost $30 order.

When you're sleeping on an airport floor, waiting for a flight to Hawaii that is already different from your boyfriend's flight to Hawaii, and find out he's still stuck in Denver awaiting yet another totally different bunch of flights after his was delayed until who knows when.
