Police Impersonator Notification-Citizen in a vehicle on the side of the road at OVD/Talbot RD. A black Jeep, lights and sirens pulled in behind. Had a vest that said "Sheriff". Claimed to be an EPD officer. When questioned, he got back in his car and left.
