Coltilda was the first slave ship found in America in 2019. I didn’t know that no other ships were found. Hopefully they find more ships for ancestry purposes. It’s a must see. Watch when you get a chance.

Descendant documentary on Netflix about a illegal slave ship Coltilda in Mobil Alabama is interesting. The fact that the residents who live there could not mention the history of the slaves being unloaded in the town or they would get lynch from 1860-1960 is wild.

I been doing combo feeding breastmilk and formula. So far we both are getting better at latching. And surprisingly my milk has not lost production after going back to work. Now I just have to pump my life away consistently lol.I am trying to stick with it. #breastfeedingmom
