Everyone deserves to an advisor like mine from Rockhurst. I went into my meeting freaking out and walked away feeling confident and ready to finish.

325 days to hooding. Am I nervous? Yes. Do I feel behind? Slightly. Is it going to be okay? Absolutely.

385 days till graduation. Feels far away but all too close at the same time.

It’s been over two months since my last post🫣 Grad school definitely isn’t for the weak. Starting my IRB!

Being two assignments away from being 1/3 done with my doctorate is actually very terrifying. Four more semesters.

I’m so grateful for my professors at Rockhurst University. I had a meeting with one and I ended up crying because I’m overwhelmed with my literature review. She took double the time to talk to me and reassure me I would be fine. As she said it isn’t rocket science.

The @StLouisBlues have been expanding the Girls Hockey Development Program since its launch as part of their #NHL AllStar Legacy initiative & hosted an inaugural tournament this weekend. Since 2020, the Blues have seen girls participation grow from just over 100 to nearly 500.

Thank you Canvas for the mini celebration as I turned in my last paper to finish up my first class!

[Megan Fink @MsFinksClass]

I finish my first doctoral class in three weeks. Taking four classes in one semester was not how I imagined starting this process but I can honestly say that I’m loving what I am learning.

It’s funny to see a position I use to dream about be open and now I couldn’t be paid enough to take it. Good admin keep teachers. I’m thankful for the admin I work under and am able to grow with.
