@cultofpedagogy I've found it helpful to "push in" to Ts classrooms. Some have open doors so I pop by to see what they're doing. This shows that I can help and starts convos about what else they're doing, etc. It's often a bridge to collaboration or coteaching down the line.
@heymrsbond I teach middle school and I hear you. But good for you for meeting the Ss where they're at. Our job also isn't to give them essays when they're not ready for them, or to kill any love of English.
