Our Girls On The Run team completed our community impact project this week! We had fun helping our hardworking teachers clean around their classrooms and completing any tasks requested. Building community and endurance as we get ready for our 5k on 5/20! 🏃‍♀️ @halley_es

@TeacherThomp @halley_es @kassiaowedekind It started with one student asking what it was and it turned into a speed round of mini conferences with most of my class! That gave me the opportunity to meet each student where they were at and to provide specific feedback they were excited to receive.

My students were excited to reflect today and look at data from these Hands Down Speak Out conversation maps! This data might help me, but these kiddos have shown me it’s even more powerful for them. I love watching them take responsibility of their own learning & participation!
