@HarryRamsdensUK not overly impressed at Blackpool this evening, queuing out the door but when get to the front plenty of tables empty, some not cleared, 40min wait for food even though wasn't even two thirds full, what's going on? When food did arrive it wasn't hot or complete.

@AvantiWestCoast Short staffed, that was the 10:17 Preston to Coventry. Return to Preston now and again was told to walk to other end of train even though the people next to me are being waited on as they are 1st class, BUT train staff just appeared with a coffee for me saying as it's a long walk

@Tesco went in my local store this afternoon, Clitheroe, to find our favourite squash labelled as End of Line!! Surely this is a mistake? I have raised my children on your No Added Sugar Blackcurrant and my daughter only drinks your Orange and Mango! We are distraught!!

@BoothsCountry I was in your Clitheroe store at 4:15pm today dressed all in black with my phone open in front of me when another customer mistook me for a member of staff. I was polite and helped them but just in case you get a complaint of staff on phone in bread aisle it was me
