I have a degree. I have a full time job that I LOVE, but public education jobs aren’t the highest paying. Life is still unaffordable.

@EDUwithEmily I have breakfast duty which honestly I enjoy. But the academic arts teachers have recess duty while the classroom teachers are responsible for supervision of their classes at lunch.

I keep mentioning that job I love. I am a behavior specialist at a very special elementary school. I have joy everyday even when the days are hard there is something to be joyful about.

@MrZachG That is an interesting idea. Definitely don’t see it being feasible because not everyone can drop what they are doing to come out during transitions. The times in elementary schools just vary too much.
