While in Fiji, I visited the Vuanicau Primary School in Togo Village. It was so interesting to visit K-8 classrooms, speak with the head master, and learn the similarities and differences between their school and BCPS. The K students were beyond eager to sing the ABCs for us too!
What an exciting day seeing @FrozenBroadway in Philly with Woodbridge students, staff, and parents! Both the show and the students’ reactions to a professional performance were magical!
Congratulations to Emma Jones, 5th grade math teacher and the Woodbridge Teacher of the Year!! Team leader, EDA sponsor and PHENOMENAL MCAP and Unit Assmt scores! Thanks for your contributions to WES Ms. Jones! @RJones_8@MelissaDiDonato@almorrow0430
We celebrated Thanksgiving today by eating our lunches in the cafeteria together. Everyone’s favorite part of the BCPS Thanksgiving lunch was the mashed potatoes!
I’m truly impressed with the strong leadership, questioning, and application of standards my students have shown in the past couple of weeks while completing literature circles. All students have been fully engaged and excited about reading!
We placed third and received the sportsmanship award in the state KidWind Challenge today! I’m so proud of the work and dedication these students showed throughout the process!
