Perhaps retrogrades are not cosmic interruptions, nor eclipses cosmic omens.

Perhaps they are thresholds.

Trump makes more sense to me as a psychic event than a political one.

Figures like this drag buried material out into the open.

Fear, worship, hatred. Desire for collapse. Desire for a father. Desire for punishment. Desire to break the whole script and call it freedom.

That is why the response to him has always felt bigger than “support” or “opposition.”

He activates something.

He concentrates something.

He gives a face to forces already moving through the culture.

Most people are still talking about the person. I am more interested in the pattern.
