Reducing class sizes from 1:28 to 1:25 isn’t a reduction. It’s an increase from the current 1:22, and results in 1000+ lost teachers and course options.
A reduction from 4 e-learning classes to 2 isn’t a reduction. It’s an increase from 0 to 2.
