Day 10: Found our Zen at the Shaolin Temple. Had lunch and meditated with the monks, then hiked to the top of the peak for our last action packed day. #MulgraveChina is back to Beijing tomorrow and home the day after! Sad to say our trip is almost at an end... 🏞⛩

Day 5 (1/2): A day so nice, we had to post twice! Exploring the rural community and getting our hands dirty turning over new soil and building walls that were ALMOST as big as The Great Wall! #MulgraveChina 👷🏻‍♀️👨🏻‍🌾🇨🇳

Day 4: Today we came, we saw, and we conquered The Great Wall. None of our prior Grouse Grind training could have prepared us for this day (#ChinaGrind). #MulgraveChina crushed it and have safely arrived in the rural community of Gufubao! 🏯🏔💦

Day 3: Hello Tiananmen Square and goodbye to all the meat and veggies from our hot pot dinner (they’re in our bellies now)! Another successful day with the #MulgraveChina crew. Off to Gufubao tomorrow! 🍲🚌
