@WallStreetApes I just saw someone talking about prices for Apts in Kentucky in a middle of nowhere and they were over 2K a month. I live about 75 miles north of NYC and the going rate for apt here is high 2k-3K. Who can afford these apts?

@WallStreetApes Meanwhile, I kept getting ads address to me from Spectrum (which I had at the time) for $49.99 for internet. At the time I was paying over $100. I called and asked them if I could get a better price. Person on the line told me no, I said ok I’m leaving Spectrum. He said ok bye!

@WallStreetApes And I thought NY was insane with their registration fees. We use to pay $60 ish dollars for 2 years and now it’s like almost 200 because of the MTA fees.
