I don’t know what will happen this fall when schools across the US should be opening, but I do know that worrying about it will not change anything. Try your best to enjoy your summer break when it comes and focus on your mental health.

This morning @Grange5th successfully ran student-led book clubs! 🤗 Then this afternoon, @GrangeES 5th graders got to “taste” different historical fiction novels in order to select a preference for their upcoming book study! 👩🏼🍳
How you treat your most difficult student communicates something powerful to every other student in your class. If you treat that one student with your full patience, dignity, and respect, the others will know they can trust you too.
After conducting research to find reasons and evidence to support their points, today fifth graders debated “Are buying expensive name brands worth the money you spend on them?” @GrangeES@Grange5th
