@edinhelp Emailed travel concessions over a week ago asking for help with 92 year old grandmother's blue badge. Time is running out before renewal deadline and she's dependant on the badge, can somebody help please?

@edinhelp The first number you gave me is still not open, telling me to email which I did 11 days ago. Tried the customer care line and they said it was complaints only. Please find someone to help me as my granny really relies on her blue badge!
