@googlenesthelp Thermostat was installed April 24. It has never worked properly, and I just lived with it. Now we NEED the temp to be maintained under 80. It’s 83 outside. It’s 84 inside. I set it on 78 Hold 24hr ago. 🤷🏾‍♀️

@googlenesthelp HELP! I bought 2 Learning Nest Thermostats 4 months ago and had them installed by a licensed HVAC professional. One has NEVER connected to the WiFi. We have done ALL OF THE THINGS to troubleshoot. Reset. Restart. Bought WiFi extenders.

@googlenesthelp I followed some instructions to HOLD the temp, now something has been running for 24hrs, but it’s still 84 degrees. The little leaf icon is on. I think that has something to do with it.

@googlenesthelp And now it doesn’t work at all. I’ve been trying to set the thermostat at 78 degrees. I want it to stay at 78 degrees forever. It only turns on when I walk in the room and touch it. And I am never in that room.

@googlenesthelp No. None of that. We restarted the router several times and added extenders. This Neat has NEVER acknowledged a WiFi network. The other is fine.
