(OOC) No Misty, your grandma isn't shy, she just doesn't want you to see her zoomer cringe compilation videos.

Much love to my zoomer brethren, I am forever grateful my childhood didn't have many cameras around.

[Misty Olszewski @MsMistycal]

"My grandma keeps talking about the good old days but refuses to show me the videos she took of herself and her friends while they were growing up. I don't know why, maybe it's just her being shy about growing up with cameras everywhere. Weird."

(OOC) Bought an actual deck so I can now use it for readings for RPs. Big win in my eyes.

[Misty Olszewski @MsMistycal]

(OOC) Sorry to mutuals who I owed reposts and likes for pinneds. Notifs are hella borked so I didn't realize people have followed me and stuff.

Side tangent, my vacation is over, so now I have to just rest a bit and then get back to writing and being sad.

[Misty Olszewski @MsMistycal]

(OOC) - modding stuff at this point. So many landmines. This'll be the last patch till the next one, trust. I shouldn't complain about free stuff but each time I make a concerted effort to have a modlist, it just gets patched the next month and I have to redo the shit all over.

[Misty Olszewski @MsMistycal]

(OOC) Following the new update, I decided to try and check Nexus to see what stuff I have to update to maybe try and get my Misty mod list to work, and it's just a sea of slop. Hard not to get jaded. I'll come back to this later but I'm just too bitter to try and unbrick my-

[Misty Olszewski @MsMistycal]

(OOC) - that's designed around the theft machine and speculative financing. I also don't wanna police or moderate modding as a thing, but the sheer amount of unfiltered, unmitigated slop and horseshit that's being churned out on nexus via these tools is making me miserable

[Misty Olszewski @MsMistycal]

(OOC) I know I shouldn't be annoyed at this because more content etc etc, but fuck me dude I just wanna play without constant updates bricking mod lists that I spent weeks curating and vetting for myself.

[Misty Olszewski @MsMistycal]

(OOC) I really am getting sick and goddamn tired of every new patch coming out just as I finally curate a list of mods and start a playthrough. Apparently every patch is the final patch for the game and the lack of stability with mods is fucking annoying.
