Untie it from the old reservation. That flight was cancelled. it was put on flight AA 1456. It needs to be put on a flight to chicago and then shuttled to elmhurst il. what information do you need from me to make this happen? I have not had this bag since 8am Monday morning

@AmericanAir You need to unlink my bag from the reservation I gave you and tie to the new reservation. I was not able to go to salt lake as all flights were cancelled. I booked a NEW flight with a new reservation to chicago. This needs to be fixed asap. I have been without my bag since MONDAY
