Omg my life is changed 😱 I had NO IDEA that I could log into my Google Chrome account (not GDrive) on another computer, and my bookmarks and personalizations will go with me! Or that I could have different accounts for school/professional settings!! COOL!
In a time where I am only every connecting with others digitally, I’m so thankful that MACUL is offering a session to help get organized in our digital lives!
This session @WITechMsYoung on creative assessments is giving me great resources to offer choice in my assessments and making me think about how UDL is easily attainable in classrooms!
“It’s always important to give people time to play with new materials” -from the Creative Assessments Create Meaningful Learning MACUL session! So important for all ages!!
This Bitmoji Classroom breakout session is making me think about how awesome it is that we can use a tool as simple as Google Slides in such a variety of creative ways!!
"How is my teaching showing my students that I value their language, culture, and identities?" thank you @sheldoneakins for giving us ways to continuously be checking ourselves and our teaching.
Just spoke to a former student of mine, asked him how remote learning was going. He enjoys it because he can take his time doing work. That’s a big take away from this experience, the classroom pace can be so fast, we need to create more opportunities for self-paced learning.
@avery_club @MsAnnaGonzalez I absolutely love Pear Deck! It's really great to see the students work in real time (and not have all the other students also see, as can be the case with Jamboard and scrolling through the pages)
A5) I also have really enjoyed Blooket (thanks, 4th graders!), my students LOVE Blooket, I just "battled" my students today! It's awesome to use both academically and socially #Kolb444
A5) As someone who seems to start a new project or assignment every 4 minutes, I have really been grateful for Google Drive! Being able to organize my folders my own way and keep a variety of resources there is AMAZING!! #Kolb444
