@PlayStationUK Finally managed to use customer support when it was still open. Waited 1 hour to chat, then the buggy chatbox wasn't displaying any messages. This is really poor customer service and is certainly testing my loyalty to PS - you could at least have a contact form!

@PlayStationUK is there no way to contact customer service other than through your online chat? Pretty frustrating for those who work long hours during the weekday and have no time to use it. You've not attempted to renew my PS Plus subscription even though you said you would.

@AmazonHelp Meant to add that this experience has knocked my confidence with buying anything remotely expensive on Amazon. I hardly expected to be scammed on your platform, and certainly didn't expect it to take so long to get resolved.

@AmazonHelp Return arrived at Amazon a week ago according to tracking, yet still on "on the way back" on my app (UK) Could you please advise? Product was expensive, intended as gift and missing on arrival, so as you can imagine I am quite anxious for refund to get sorted.

@zsllondonzoo Just fyi, I had to pay for two adults, and got two free child tickets - not a free adult and a free child as you advised. Both of the DaysOutGuide Adult and Child links only gave me this option:
