Big news for Teacher Appreciation Week: 🎉Blackman High's Caitlyn Osborne-Parris has been selected as a region-level semifinalist for Tennessee Teacher of the Year! 🎉

Osborne-Parris was named RCS Teacher of the Year for grades 9-12 earlier this year. A Blackman alum, she is the school's lead ESL teacher and has been with the district for nine years.
