A/5 At my school we used to do learning walks and leave positive feedback to the teachers we observed. I loved doing this because I was able to learn so much from my colleagues. And it also felt good to receive positive affirmations #CISDLearns
A/4 I think, I have never asked for feedback from my learners. I teach lower grades. But I can think about using thumbs up or thumbs down if they understood the lesson #CISDLearns
A3 " Promote thinking, but don't do the thinking. Insted of telling them what they did wrong it's more powerful for them to noticed what they need to fix and figure it out. And is also a great way to know if it's a careless mistake or if they are really struggling#CISDLearns
A1 I feel very successful when I give immediate feedback on only one specific skill because I can see how the learner can understand better what he needs to work on. With my F2F I let them sometimes give feedback to each other and they love it #CISDLearns
