We started off our morning with Flashlight Friday! We turned off the lights and they were able to use a flashlight to read their book. They cannot wait for the next Flashlight Friday!
Our day started off in court, where students got to partake in two mock trials. We finished our day with a Zoom meeting and virtual tour where we got to meet and ask questions to Senator Hensley. It was a wonderful day in fourth grade!

Government themed transformation day was a blast! The students met in their House and Senate committees to balance a budget through adding and subtracting, followed by partaking in a simulated court case.
