Stop building AI features nobody asked for. 🛑
Use the "Wizard of Oz" method to MVP:
🧙♂️ Build the UI
🎭 YOU act as the AI behind the curtain
📈 Test if users actually find the output useful
Validate the need before you waste. 🚀 #AI#MVP#BA#TikTok https://t.co/2YxQOY5G52
I asked AI to write a song about the ADKAR change management model. The chorus is surprisingly catchy! 🤖🎶

What business concept should AI tackle next?

@MinsterMaths@MathsNot@PrivateEyeNews Makes even less sense. A pass should be the middle of the scale - you can evidence most of the content - and you can show mastery at the end of the scale.
Getting a grade that means you didn't display minimum requirements should be a fail and a resit would be appropriate.
@StengelKai@MathsNot@PrivateEyeNews I moved to Apprenticeships and the biggest blocker is still being achieving Functional Skills (level 2) for Maths and English.
What do #KS2 teachers think about using SAT scores to set pupils? How common is it to have higher and lower set in #Y3? Not diffenciation of work within the class, 2 distinct sets.
Any thoughts on girls and STEM with such a system??

@newall151@naomicfisher Over the years we had so many chats about why banter was not acceptable. A joke is always at someone's expense.
I had lots of fun with him in the classroom.
A very able student stuck in a lower set because he needed support with building trust to be able to respect adults.
@newall151@naomicfisher Called the parents but in a building relationship way.
Saying they should talk to the student, as other teachers could interpret differently and he could get into serious trouble.
Not being negative but still showing that his actions needed guidance helped build our relationship
@riverart9@FixingEducation I left.
Tripled my salary in less than 2 years.
I actually enjoy the 28 days of leave I have and they stretch a lot too with bank holidays.
No summers off, but I still enjoy life after 5.30 every day.
I will go to my child's sports day next week.
I don't miss a thing about it.
@naomicfisher I think I nearly cried that day in class. We both did. He was pleading to have time off. He needed that time more than learning maths.
I left education. I can not be this inhumane.
@naomicfisher It worked and he had a great day but got an email the day after saying he was not allowed to go to the toilet or leave the classroom in any circumstances; the pastoral tutor was too busy.
@WeAreCyclingUK@politicshome Great! But in the long run, if we keep failing to encourage our children to cycle (I.e. No bike parking in schools until they do the Y6 riding test) we already lost purpose.
@Seyed_ARA@MathsCirclesOz This ☝️
Didn't fully find equivalent fractions, but mentally, it was easier to compare 3x26 to 100(4×25 is a common mathematical fact).
This is why it is important to know that when comparing fractions, we can choose to have either the same denominator or numerator.
@helenjwc@thepetitioner@AMercerMaths@StudyMaths As long as you label your resource EYFS science (or whatever KS appropriate label following the NC guidance) that should be fine.
Lots of great physics' concepts explored in EYFS and KS1. Love it!
Will be waiting.
@helenjwc@thepetitioner@AMercerMaths@StudyMaths Why? Are the questions not within the KS1 curriculum scope? The label should reflect that. Then the professional, regardless of Key Stage, has agency to use as they see fit.
