If I have already entered my pickup and destination in the app, why does the driver call and ask, "Kahan jaana hai?"

And after hearing the destination, they decide whether to come or cancel.

What's the point of booking through an app if rides are still being accepted or rejected based on destination after the booking is confirmed?

This defeats the whole purpose of a seamless ride experience.
