@WhirlpoolCorp my mom got an appointment to get her washing machine repaired tomorrow only to find out it never existed. Thanks. Additionally this is a new washing machine. Less than 6 months old. Now we gotta wait till the 24th. Been a WEEK SINCE IT BROKE. THE WORST!!!!

Whats worse is, they can't guarantee that it can be fixed or replaced in ONE VISIT, cuz they cant order parts before showing up from the reported issue. REPLACE HER MACHINE AND GO!
