Huge CONGRATULATIONS to our HP Chess Team for their hard work at the South Tx Grade Championship! Our students claimed three state team titles with our seniors and sophomores receiving Champions and our freshmen receiving Co-Champs! We are beyond proud of all our students!

This weekend our girls tied for 2nd place as a team at the Texas Girls' Chess Championship. Congratulations to Renata Espinoza, Ava Anderson, Maria Gonzalez-Huesca, Karolina Saldivar and Nadia Rostro for bringing home HP's first Girls' Championship trophy!!

CONGRATULATIONS goes out to our chess team for their performance at regionals this past weekend. Our JV team took home the 1st place Championship trophy! All our students played amazingly and worked together towards this great achievement.
