Really great @behavioralgroov podcast from a colleague at @UofLCEHD for everyone working during the COVID-19 crisis! It's so good! Everyone should take an hour to stop and listen.

Spending the rest of the week at two different conferences! Lots of coffee and lots of learning. And hopefully no COVID-19 germs... @kyautism#TransitionSummit and @kystetech #KySTE2020
Let’s be real for a minute. Does this REALLY mean anything to anyone? I got it about a year ago and honestly don’t know why. Just to make myself feel accomplished??
I don’t know who needs to hear this but leading w/ empathy is not a sign of weakness. Being willing to dive into the particulars of every situation and ask yourself, “What is going on here? What is this behavior communicating that this child needs?” actually takes a lot of work.
We have got to abandon the use of sticks and colors as behavior management tools in early childhood. It doesn't work. #inclusiveeducators#edchat https://t.co/6uTraepcC2
