@WKHSWolves Global Cuisines students made two versions of crepes. The sweet crepes had a topping of whipped cream, strawberries and chocolate sauce. The savory crepes had a filling of ham or turkey, cheese, egg and chives. 🍳🇫🇷

Global Cuisines was in Brazil this week 🇧🇷

Students made brigadeiro. Brigadeiro is a dessert consisting of sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder and butter. This mixture is then cooked and covered with sprinkles.
