Why Didn’t the Defense Stop This?

If no Black jurors were selected in a racially charged murder case, the question is not only about the prosecution.

The defense also had a role in jury selection. Did they challenge the strikes? Did they raise a Batson issue? Did they protect their client’s right to a fair jury?

That needs to be explained.
