@teachwithbonk @tjhershberger This is where I want to go! I aspire! I think the reason I’m struggling to grade at all right now is that it also just seems so unfair with the difficulties families are facing. My heart isn’t in it. I feel like I’m part of the problem.
@mserikasaito I was today years old when I figured out how to comment in here! I’ve been wanting to tell you these were rad suggestions. Also, my kids really got into breaking down the debate flow! That’s how they want to spend their last class of the semester. Teaching civil discourse rules.
@mswessonteach@hellomary22@M_Vermillion You wanna know something funny? I just figured out how to comment on Twitter. A full two months later! If it was an art project I probably could have figured it out sooner! This is why we all need each other! 😹😹

Conversation with my husband- “No those can’t go on the bookshelf! I’m reading them. And those! And that stack too! Can’t stacks of books be our aesthetic? Don’t people stack rocks in nature? Isn’t that a thing?
@mswessonteach I gave my bathroom speech last week and it was just as hilarious and uncomfortable online as it normally is in person. “Guys don’t ask how long your paper should be— it’s like going to the bathroom— some things just take longer.” 😹
If you told me a year ago that I’d be using snap camera to turn myself into fries on Friiiidaaaaay just to make the virtual class laugh I never would have believed you.
