. @BuckeyeElem kicked off its One School, One Book program with a spirited assembly today. The students will be reading The Tale of Despereaux by Kate DiCamillo.

All students received a copy of the book & are encouraged to read with their families throughout the next few weeks.

After last night’s reading of “The Tale of Despereaux” our display case has a guitar and Despereaux HIMSELF in it! Also, our daily trivia winners were announced on the Scroll! Finally, guitar music (over the PA) welcomed students as they arrived today! 🎶 🎸

The OSOB reading of “The Tale of Despereaux” began with Chapters 1-3 last night! Today, we have a new Buckeye pet 🐁 and grade level trivia baskets outside the clinic AND the first two items have been added to our display case - the castle and stained glass window!
