It’s hard to share ideas without feeling like you are imposing on others. It’s easier if you have a relationship. Building a good team makes it all work better if the kids like what you are doing they share and others will ask#RCEMT

Share with others how it is working. Ask what works for them. Tell others when you see them doing well. Complements will build each other up and we will all try harder #RCEMT
