@BestBuy you need to do better. We ordered a washer and dryer and have been waiting all day for delivery. When we call to check on status we’re told the truck broke down and can’t get an new delivery date until December 18.

@AmericanAir I was not the only one that had this experience, and oddly enough the others who did look like me. I travel with the same @tumitravel carry-on around the world and never had to check it.

@AmericanAir I am so annoyed right now. I was the 3rd person on the plane in first class and the gate attendant made me check my carry-on. After boarding I witnessed SEVERAL people board with larger bags and some with 3 carry-ons.
