@AmericanAir You guys don't even have the courtesy to send out reminders or emails saying you have unused credits that will expire because you are hoping we do forget about our credits! There's no way i would lose a customer over $198 When I make billions as a company!
@AmericanAir And I was given false information! I was told by a rep what would expire is me being able to just go online to do it but I would still be able to call in and book my flight with a rep and it would be honored. And I called to book & told "sorry you were told that, that is false"
@gay_thotsnew@AmericanAir Like they need my $198π they make billions and won't honor my $198 like I just feel like giving American Airline my money. They won't refund, they won't honor it, but they can gladly keep my money! This is so crazy to me!
