This is so true! In many cases, math anxiety stems from being told that only certain kind of people can do math. ANYONE can do math! The only things you need are a #growthmindset and the willingness to try.

Dear Adults,
Stop saying “I just can’t do Math” or “I’m not a Math person” around kids. They believe you. They also believe they “can’t do math” the first time it becomes challenging and find no purpose in trying. Why would they if they “just can’t do math” either?
