For those of us that care about truth and watched the prelim, we know the truth. The conspiratards and cultists won't accept the truth, even once the trial presents and shows the mountains of evidence against Tyler. These people are lost. What will be intetesting to watch are the meltdowns and implosions that start, and yes, dare I say it, more delusional theories even once the trial is over. Tyler is in real trouble. All of this being said, I pray for him that he prays for redemption. And I pray his family finds strength. Things did not have to be this way. God Bless all of us - even the haters.

Results from my Tyler Robinson prelim wishlist:

1- Videos of TR on campus and roof
Yes. We saw several new videos, much better than the Zero we could have gotten. The limp/stiff-leg walk was big because it addressed my pre-hearing skepticism about him carrying a rifle in his pants up stairs. Still plenty of “not him / blurry / enhanced” complaints, but better than nothing.

2- Medical/forensic testimony confirming death by .30 caliber bullet
Sorta. We heard a cop relay parts of the medical report and saw photos of the bullet fragments, but no medical expert on the stand and no real injury specifics beyond "gunshot." Not nearly enough to quiet the “.30-06 injuries would be worse” chorus.

3- Arrest/Miranda/confession timeline
Yes. We got useful details including clarity that the Discord confession was issued about an hour before surrender. Could have been presented more succinctly for easy clips and debunks, but the substance was there.

4- What TR’s parents said
Nothing.

5- Lance’s statement on motive
Sorta. The portion we saw portrayed Lance as surprised by the murder, and not knowing Tyler’s motive ahead of the texts.

Overall, I’m pretty happy with the prelim’s substance because we got more than I expected. The defense did far less advocacy than anticipated, basically none, except some nitpicking on DNA. The decision not to cross Agent Davis on his central and highly incriminating testimony was a gigantic tell: they have very little to work with.

I usually comment on topics of interest, more so now than I used to. But since the murder of Charlie Kirk I have never been more dug into something. I loved Charlie and I want justice. X like most of social media is its own universe and can just be depressing and exhausting. I just felt the need to say that I am beyond grateful to both @aburkhartlaw and @paramounttactcl. It means so much to me to know they are there thru this case until the end. These people illustrate what is good about X.

This is a similar point that I eventually reached with Tom Nichols. Where increasingly outrageous claims are being made, to the point that I have to wonder, if I'm debunking, or simply falling for the bait.

Candace Owens has blocked many, many people for far, far less. She didn't block me.

Why?

It makes no rational sense that she'd block countless smaller accounts and leave the bigger accounts alone.

Unless ...

The only hypothesis I can come up with is that she is playing a game of engagement for profit.
