We have THREE field trips this week so our class made healthy snacks!!! One is sea-less sushi and the other is graham crackers with cream cheese, honey and strawberries. We extended the invite to our school staff! #bemoredog @ATMS_Bulldogs

Yesterday my students completed their first ever cultural kitchen! We traveled to Brazil this week and studied the culture, cuisine and climate differences from where we live. They made Brazilian Street Hotdogs and sold them to teachers at school! Way cool day! @ATMS_Bulldogs

Really wonderful message about kids too. Sometimes they just need a break. We have to create a space for them to advocate when they are pouring from an empty cup... and no matter how they communicate this, we must listen.

Each day during morning meeting we check out our weather. Then we travel somewhere using google earth and compare the temperatures and weather! Today we went to Papua New Guinea and found out it is colder there than here! @ATMS_Bulldogs #functionalskills

I do whole heartedly feel that I have the best job on earth. I work at the best school with the best admin team, an absolute dream of an assistant and the most extraordinary students anyone could ever ask for. Here’s to the first day of many!
