@AAgather What annoys me is we have a precedent of a country that successfully dealt with BUT either our government is too DAFT or spineless to follow it. The Phillipines had this issue. They set up legislation to address the abuse and directly engaged the host govts to stop abuse.

Also constant travel made them more prone to picking up other bits of cultural practices along the way. That includes sexuality
