Treat your teachers well this year! if you want to keep the best teachers, treat them like they are the best. Few teachers leave an environment where they feel valued, supported, appreciated, and treated like professionals.
Leaders:
Mingle before you mandate
Listen before you lead
Interact before you implement
Connect before you comment
Feel before you fix
Know before you notate
Ask before you act
Belong before you begin
Relate before you resolve
It's not about you, it's about others.

Teachers who follow their own path will survive this year.
Teachers who follow the rules, the pacing guides, the attempts to compensate for "learning loss" will not.
@Heather04479282 I love this about reading digital texts. I am generally old school and like a physical book, but reading more information via hyperlinks, etc. is an advantage. And it’s different for each reader.
@ab_harty Yes, I agree. I wish I had time to practice using more digital tools on a regular basis. Also, more PD on tools would be great too. Just give us enough time to actually learn the tool, rather than just giving a brief overview and then expecting us to practice on our own. 🙂
