Flew Emirates to & from Dubai ✈️ comfort & service was 👌🏾, yet my experience was tainted when on BOTH separate flights, the aircrew asked my family & I if we were travelling with another black person or family 4 feet from us😳 @EmiratesSupport diversity training is needed!

Since losing my mum, I've realised grief is a chronic condition that has episodes. Crazy how my subconscious knows when the anniversary of her death is looming. I feel very sad. Then remember. It has enhanced my empathy towards the young people I work with 💔💞 #grief #trauma
