@RichardsonHS1 Sr. Courtyard Update: Students laid out the locations of the benches prior to installation. A group of students volunteered their Saturday to help assemble the benches. We now have 11 benches including an outdoor learning space and 2 swings! @RichardsonISD
The RISD Bookmobile installation is complete! A few more touch ups and it will be ready for the exterior wrap. This is CTE! Every inch of this interior was designed, built, painted, and installed by students!! @RichardsonISD@RISD_CTE@RichardsonHS1

Yesterday Arch Design II took a trip to Stantec to tour the firm. They each presented their Q2 projects to the Architects and got valuable feedback that they will incorporate into the next phase. @RichardsonISD@RISD_CTE@stantec@RichardsonHS1

Architecture, Art, Manufacturing, and Tech Theater are teaming up to turn an old school bus into a mobile book mobile for the district. This is project based learning at its finest! The preliminary meeting was a huge success! @RichardsonISD@RichardsonHS1
Since Freshman year I have been asking Max to create things out of found objects in the classroom. From engineering to architecture he has always met my challenge. For his final senior project he designed a chair for me. @RISD_CTE@RichardsonHS1
